About the Opportunity 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. You will play a critical role in the growth and ongoing hiring needs of the enterprise in a creative and forward-thinking fashion and work on strategic projects to enhance how we attract and recruit talent. Having a mindset that seeks continuous improvements in an innovative, high volume, fast-paced environment will be key in this role. You will focus on ensuring a seamless recruitment process in our high growth organization and be responsible for our Houston office administrative needs.

Responsibilities

Recruiting and Interviewing  

  • Career fairs
    • Attend recruiting events
    • Coordinate event logistics, including materials, and promotional items 
  • Interview scheduling, coordination and greeting candidates 
  • High attention to detail in communicating interview details, including dates, times, and format to all relevant parties.
  • Proactively search and identify potential candidates
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Tracks status of candidates in our HCM and internal database daily
  • Timely candidate correspondence      

Onboarding

  • Conduct New Hire Orientation
  • Collaborate with IT for new hire equipment

 Administrative Duties 

  • Shipping/receiving 
  • Scanning in packing slips 
  • Taking outbound shipments to UPS or scheduling pickup 
  • Ordering office supplies & services
  • Ordering snacks and meals as needed 
  • Office event coordination and support   
  • Corporate housing arrangements
  • Checking and distributing mail  
  • Coordinating and setting up promotional events (Golf Tournaments, Exhibitions, etc.)
  • Ensure office has proper PPE
  • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of office and checkout spaces 
  • Monthly office safety inspections 

Partner with HR counterparts on departmental projects 

Provide support to HR Department  

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related major.  
  • Knowledge of basic Human Resources functions. 
  • Willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, with the aptitude to learn quickly. 
  • Basic of Microsoft Office 365 applications. 
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Skilled in collecting, analyzing, organizing and reporting information. 
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. 
  • Strong team collaboration. 
  • Highly motivated to work independently and productively.  
  • Knowledge of iCIMS ATS System is desirable. 

Pay Range: $20-$25hr
