Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our dynamic team. As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent across the organization. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure we are hiring the best candidates for our company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Review resumes and employment applications
  • Craft and send recruitment emails.
  • Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.
  • Create and update job descriptions and job postings as needed.
  • Organize Zoom and phone interviews.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Hiring Managers to determine position requirements.
  • Network and build relationships with candidates at all levels.
  • Partner with HR counterparts on departmental projects. 
  • Enhance candidate engagement throughout recruitment process.
  • Manage the company’s candidate database with a high level accuracy.
  • Attend career fairs as needed to recruit candidates and increase company brand recognition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is desired.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Sourcer.
  • Experience with online recruiting techniques.
  • Experience sourcing engineering skill sets 
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Highly motivated to work independently and productively.

Pay Range: $40K - $50K
