We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate who will provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts for the RoviSys Enterprise. This person will perform a variety of functions in a dynamic and exciting environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent communication and computer skills, and a strong orientation to serving our Enterprise. 

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity 

 

A successful accounts payable candidate should possess the following skills, experience, and responsibilities:  

 

  • Receive, review, and process incoming invoices into the accounting and purchasing systems.
  • Verify packing slips have been sent to receiving and purchase orders have been authorized and approved via 3-way match.
  • Vendor statement reconciliation.
  • Credit card reconciliation.
  • Work with AP team, vendors, and purchasers to resolve exception items and inquiries.
  • Monitor and resolve AP aging.
  • Create and maintain vendor profiles.
  • Analyzing workflow processes.
  • Front desk reception/phone backup.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Must have prior high-volume payables experience at least 2+ years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • 10 key and data entry experience.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
